Desiree is an experienced Property Manager’s Assistant, specializing in the management of residential and commercial properties.  With keen attention to detail, Desiree is dedicated to protecting property investments while creating positive rental experiences for tenants.

With Tara Vista Holdings, Desiree oversees the day-to-day operations of rental properties, including but not limited to tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.  Known for a proactive and solution-oriented approach, Desiree works closely with property owners, contractors, and residents to ensure properties are well-maintained, financially efficient, and professionally managed. 

As a graduate of MacEwan University, Desiree brings a commitment to clear communication, transparency, and exceptional service.  By combining strong organizational skills with 15+ years of practical industry knowledge, Desiree focuses on delivering reliable management services that support long-term property success and tenant satisfaction. Desiree is finalizing her licensing as an Associate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
