Clément is the President of UMC Financial Management Inc. (“UMC”) and has been with the firm since 1992, becoming a partner in 1998. As an investment professional, Clément oversees the management of each client portfolio and the approval of new investments. He is also responsible for the firm’s regulatory compliance regime.
